STANDARD YARDAGE POLICY

Our cashmere fabrics are standardly sold in 4 yards or 8 yards.

This is because over 99% of our customers order 4 yards or 8 yards of the same material, and these sizes allow us to:

  • Maintain quality control

  • Offer Pay on Delivery

  • Easily manage exchanges and returns

Why Odd Yardage Is Treated Differently

Requests for less than 4 yards, or odd quantities such as 5, 6, or 7 yards, require custom cutting.

Once cut, the remaining fabric often becomes unsellable, as customers rarely order odd yard sizes or the same material later. To prevent wastage and maintain fair pricing, special conditions apply.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE FOR NON-STANDARD YARDAGE

🔹 Orders Less Than 4 Yards

  • Full payment is required before dispatch

  • Fabric is non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Order is treated as a custom cut

🔹 Orders Between 5 and 7 Yards

  • Part payment is required for the extra yard(s) only

    • Example: If ordering 5 yards, payment is required for the extra 1 yard

  • The remaining balance is paid on delivery, after you receive and inspect the fabric

  • Extra yard(s) paid for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (STANDARD ORDERS)

All standard 4-yard and 8-yard orders of our Italian, Australian & UK cashmere fabrics are protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How It Works

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery.

This policy applies to all payment methods, including:

  • Pay on Delivery

  • Debit / Credit Card

  • Bank Transfer

Custom-cut fabrics (less than 4 yards or extra yard(s) beyond standard sizes) are not refundable or exchangeable.
